This stuff is intense. It has a felt tip, is super rich, and is also waterproof! Have a bad day and need a good long sob sesh? This is definitely your eye-liner. Go to a concert, dance all night, and sweat off half of your makeup? Even still, this is your liner. It goes for $19.00 at your local Sephora or sephora.com. I don’t recommend this for people who are just starting out trying winged eyeliner since it is waterproof, but if you have some experience this is literally the only liner you will ever want to use. I am so in love with this product!
